Thanks for the Shelter at St. Francis Gym

Twenty-four men stayed in our gymnasium each evening the week of March 18th. 2013, hosted by St. Francis community for the Shelter Association's Rotating Homeless Shelter.  Practical services needed to support this effort were provided by over 100 volunteers (over 80 adults and over 20 youth) who either helped to provide personal care items for shelter guests, or, personally met these men while driving them to and from the Delonis Center each day, morning and evening, providing snacks and beverages as well as serving food and drinks to the men each evening.   Adults as well as students with their parents also served as members of host teams staying overnight at St. Francis Gym.
